Nils Peter Johnson
Nils Peter Johnson is the managing partner at Johnson & Johnson. His general civil practice emphasizes estate planning, real estate matters and litigation incident thereto. He also practices administratively in local matters regarding annexation, zoning, and board of election disputes. Nils Peter is very active in his community, as past president of the Canfield Rotary Club, board secretary for OH WOW! the Roger and Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science and Technology, and current president of the Nathaniel R. Jones Inn of Court. He serves on the Mahoning County Bar Association’s Grievance and Ethics Committee, as Special Prosecutor for Columbiana County, and historically as an investigator for the State of Ohio Notary Advisory Board. He devotes his spare time to his family and his passion for music.

Personal Experience
Molly Johnson is a lifelong resident of northeast Ohio. As an attorney, Molly has argued in the Supreme Court of Ohio on several occasions. Her practice emphasizes oil and gas and real estate matters. Molly has served as an adjunct professor for the University of Akron School of Law, is an assistant coach of Youngstown State University’s Moot Court program and serves in a mentorship capacity for three local high schools and the University of Akron School of Law. Molly also serves on the board of Trustees of the YMCA of Youngstown, bringing with her a passion for teaching inner city students to swim. She is a frequent blood donor through the American Red Cross.
Iin 2018, Molly was elected to the Mahoning County Court, where she has presided over thousands of civil, criminal and traffic cases. She is the youngest judge in Ohio to have been appointed to two Ohio Supreme Court Commissions. The United States Congress has issued Judge Johnson multiple proclamations recognizing her many legal and charitable efforts. She has twice been recognized on the floor of the Ohio Senate for her efforts in honoring veterans and first responders. She recently received a proclamation from the Ohio House of Representatives for her charitable efforts for the Boys and Girls Club of Youngstown.
