Our Firm

Nils Peter Johnson is the managing partner at Johnson & Johnson.  His general civil practice emphasizes estate planning, real estate matters and litigation incident thereto.  He also practices administratively in local matters regarding annexation, zoning, and board of election disputes. 

Nils Peter is very active in his community, having served as President of the Canfield Rotary Club, Secretary for OH WOW! the Roger and Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science and Technology, President of the Nathaniel R. Jones Inn of Court, and an investigator for the Ohio Secretary of State Notary Advisory Board.  He periodically serves as Special Prosecutor for Columbiana and Mahoning Counties, and currently chairs the Mahoning County Bar Association’s Grievance and Ethics Committee.  He devotes his spare time to his family and his passion for music.
